Terms of Service

Effective date: June 11, 2026

1. Agreement

By using this website or engaging Forge Locksmith for locksmith services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Services & Estimates

Estimates provided by phone or online are preliminary and based on the information you provide. Final pricing is confirmed by the technician on-site, before any work begins, and depends on the service type, lock condition, vehicle make/model, hardware needed, and time of day.

3. Proof of Ownership or Authorization

For vehicle, home, or business lockouts and key origination, proof of ownership or authorization may be required. We reserve the right to refuse service where authorization cannot reasonably be established. This protects property owners — including you.

4. Response Times

We dispatch the nearest available technician and prioritize emergencies. Stated arrival estimates are good-faith projections; actual response times vary by location, traffic, weather, and technician availability.

5. Warranty

Workmanship is warranty-backed. Hardware carries the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, forced entry attempts, weather, or alterations by others after our work is complete.

6. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Commercial accounts may be offered invoicing terms at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge Locksmith's liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the service at issue. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

8. Website Content

Website content is provided for general information and may change without notice. All content, branding, and design are the property of Forge Locksmith and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas.
